Yes, Presco supplies businesses and individuals throughout the UK, Europe and Globally. This website is primarily for UK customers, offering next day delivery. All our prices are low trade prices with bulk and contract rates available for big users.
Any business can apply to open a 30-day credit account with Presco. To apply, simply click the ‘Apply for a Credit Account’ link in the footer at the bottom of this website. We will process your application quickly and you will hear from us as soon as we have set up your account.
Select the dropdown menu on the quantity of goods you require, then select a free sample, and process like a normal order.
Visit your ‘My Account‘ page and choose ‘Log out’ from the options presented.
This problem may occur because you have not reset your password on our new website. Therefore you need to click ‘forgot your password’ and your account details will be restored.
To get free delivery on your purchase, you have to order over £150 worth of goods before VAT.
We accept any orders any size. There is no minimum order value.
There are two options for delivery, standard next day for £11.99 or 2-3 day economy service for £6.99. For all orders over £150 we offer free delivery.

We cannot retain your card details, therefore simply enter your new card details at the point of payment in the purchase online to complete the order.

If you choose to pick your goods up straight from our warehouse, please find us at Kiln Lane, Swindon, SN2 2NP, this would then exclude any delivery cost. To collect, our opening hours are 8am-4.30pm Monday to Friday. Please place your order first by calling the office.
Order before 4pm for next day delivery.
Unless the goods are faulty we do not accept refunds for our goods.
The prices on the website are excluding VAT, it will be added at the checkout.
Yes, once you proceed to checkout you can manually change the address where you’d like your goods to be delivered to.
Should the unlikely event occur where you receive faulty items, please call us as soon as possible after receipt of goods, on 01793 716300 or email uksales@presco.eu where we will work to quickly resolve the situation and liaise with you on how to return.
If an item is no longer needed you can start a returns process with us and as long as the goods are in original unused condition we can accept these back.
All returns will need a returns number before being sent back which must be attached to the parcel.
Returns are discretionary and chargeable at a 20% handling and restocking fee. This does not apply to bespoke or non-stock items as these are produced to order and are non-returnable. Where carriage has been paid, this amount will not be refunded.
If you hold a credit account with Presco, simply fill your cart and proceed to checkout. At the payment options page select ‘credit account’ option.
No, we don’t sell Velcro® brand products. If you’re looking for hook and loop fixings we do stock our own Presco Hook & Loop brand range which has been designed to offer very strong performance at a great trade price.
It has been extremely popular with our customers for over 20 years and you can order free samples today to test this product.
Speak to us first, we will be happy to send out replacements right away. In the rare situations where products arrive in less than perfect condition, we will be quick in sorting it out. We always try to pack thoroughly and protectively but sometimes carrier damage is outside of our control. However, we know how important it is for you to get the goods you need, on time, every time so we’ll step in with a solution. So if things do go wrong, we think it’s how we react to these situations that mark us out as an exceptional supplier.
