She has been in the print industry for over 35 years and ensures excellent communication with customers, fast deliveries, keen pricing and quality products.
Rachael
Rachael is a Senior member of our Customer Service Team and a friendly, familiar voice at Presco.
She looks after customer calls and emails, processes orders, and ensures all enquiries are handled promptly and accurately — keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Adele
Adele is our head buyer at Presco with over 30 years of experience in the print trade and works with all departments to make sure our purchasing and sourcing is the best available, researching, developing and ordering new product lines for our customers.
Isobel
Isobel leads our marketing and design, transforming ideas into compelling visuals and campaigns that genuinely connect with people. She designs our promotional materials and played a key role in the design of our latest catalogue.
Fiona
Fiona is head of administration and executive assistant to management. She brings a high level of corporate experience to Presco and is a key driver of development projects throughout the company, working with management to reach our goals of innovation and new products and solutions.
Steve
Steve works alongside our operations team on premises care, recycling and repackaging to ensure stocks are ready for immediate despatch and reduce our impact on the environment through recycling programmes.
Tony
Tony is one of our longest serving team members and is responsible for Goods Out despatch operations in our Swindon warehouses and works to ensure that all your orders are correct, picked, packed and despatched on time.
Leah
Leah is the newest member of our Customer Service team and has quickly settled into the role. She supports customers by processing online orders, answering the phones, and handling customer enquiries, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience.
Zoltan
Zoltan has multiple responsibilities in our operations team including Goods In processing, warehouse optimisation and OHS. and , he is responsible for a lot of product checks and outgoing consignments leaving the UK.
Cory
Cory works in our Swindon warehouses in goods out and ensuring all the stock which comes into our Swindon warehouse is up to standard, accounted for and ready for despatch.
Chris
Chris heads up Customer Service and Operations for Presco France and Presco Ireland, working with customers and ensuring new enquiries and requirements are looked after across Europe.
