We do what we say we are going to do. From 7.30am to 4.45pm weekdays we can discuss any enquiry or question by phone and we will never leave you without a resolution.

Whether it’s extra help on the phone or personally following up your samples to make sure you have received them, we want to give you the best customer service possible.


Great service starts within a company itself. We commit to always look after our staff at the best level possible to ensure each one of us knows they are a key part of the overall mission.
