Presco printable insert template (Download your Template here)

A standard home or office printer

Scissors or a paper trimmer
🖨️ Step 1: Customise Your Inserts
Open the provided template in Word or your preferred word processor.

Type the name and role (or other details) in the designated fields.

Use a clean, legible font (e.g., Arial or Calibri) for easy reading.

Optional: Add a logo for branding.
📄 Step 2: Print Your Inserts

Use standard A4 paper or light card (up to 160gsm works best).

Print at 100% (actual size) to maintain the 74 x 34mm dimensions.

Double-check alignment before printing in bulk.
✂️ Step 3: Trim and Insert

Cut out each badge insert along the guidelines.

Slide the insert into the transparent holder.

- Order by 4pm for next day delivery on all products, subject to stock. (With over 35 million finishing supplies in stock you should be safe!)
- Same day deliveries are offered for almost all UK mainland destinations. To arrange this simply email or call us now and we will quickly reply with a delivery rate for your location.
- No minimum order level.
- All standard delivery services are via a tracked courier, so you receive detailed updates and can fully track your parcel. We use DX and DHL.
- Small orders up to £60 value can be sent on a 3 day tracked service. If your order is urgent we always recommend a standard tracked delivery for fast next day delivery.*
- Pay the same flat delivery charges, no matter what weight or volume your order is.
- Any order over £99 online qualifies for free standard next day delivery to any UK mainland address.*
* Please note that special delivery options such as £6.99 three day delivery under £60 and free delivery over £99 are website offers only. For orders placed via phone or email, the standard £11.99 delivery charge applies to all orders under £150.
