If for any reason you need to return something, please speak to us to get the process started. If we've messed up with anything we'll get the items collected and replaced or refunded as soon as we can, we want to look after you first.
If an item is no longer needed you can start a returns process with us and as long as the goods are in original unused condition we can accept these back.
All Returns will need a returns number before being sent back that must be attached to the parcel.
Returns are discretionary and chargeable at a 20% handling and restocking fee. This does not apply to bespoke or non-stock items, these are produced to order and are non-returnable. Where carriage was paid this amount will not be refunded.
