Can anyone buy from Presco?

Yes, Presco supplies businesses and individuals throughout the UK, Europe and Globally. This website is primarily for UK customers, offering next day delivery. All our prices are low trade prices with bulk and contract rates available for big users.

How can I open a credit account with Presco?

Any business can apply to open a 30 day credit account with Presco. To apply, simply click the 'Apply for Credit Account' link in the footer at the bottom of this website. We will process your application quickly and you will hear from us as soon as we have set up your account.

How do I request a sample?

Select the dropdown on the quantity of goods your require, you then can select a free sample, and process this like a normal order.

How do I log out of my account?

Top right hand corner of the website, click to log out

What do I do when my account is no longer available?

This problem has occurred because you have not reset your password on our new website. Therefore you need to click ‘forgot your password’ and your account details will be restored.

How much money do I have to spend to get free delivery?

To get free delivery on your purchase, you have to order over worth of goods before VAT. Free delivery level is at £150.

What is the minimum value of goods I have to buy to be able to make a purchase?

We accept any orders any size. There is no minimum order value. 

What is the standard delivery cost?

There are two options for delivery, standard next day for 10.99 or 2-3 day economy service for £5.99. All orders over £150 we offer free delivery. 

How do I receive Presco new updates?

Check out our blog on the quick links at the bottom of our website, constantly updated with our new products, inquiries and offers or sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of the page.

I have a new credit/debit card, how do I amend my online card details?

We cannot retain your card details, therefore simply enter your new card details at the point of payment in the purchase online to complete the order.

How do I find out Presco’s latest offers?

Check our news feeds for our latest offers, they are also shown clearly on the home page.

Can I collect orders from Presco?

If you choose to pick your goods up straight from our warehouse, please find us at Kiln Lane, Swindon, SN2 2NP, this would then exclude any delivery cost. Our opening hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday. 

What is the cut off time for next day delivery?

Order up to 4:00pm and get next day delivery.

Can I refund my goods?

Unless the goods are faulty we do not accept refunds for our goods.

Can I see ex VAT prices or vice versa?

The prices on the website are excluding VAT, it will be added at the checkout.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, once you proceed to checkout, you can manually change the address you want your goods to be delivered to.

How do I return faulty items or goods I no longer require?

Should the unlikely event occur where you receive faulty items, please call us as soon as possible after receipt, on tel. 01793 716300 or email: where we will work to quickly resolve the situation and liaise with you on how to return.

How do I place orders on my credit account?

If you hold a credit account with Presco simply fill your cart and proceed to checkout. At the payment options page select 'credit account' option.
