We're very sorry to be saying goodbye to Jessica today - a long standing team member at Presco and who has helped thousands of customers over the last 5 years. We have a new team member this week, Shaun started with Presco this morning and will be working with the Presco UK and Presco France teams. Shaun has worked in Europe for many years and is a valuable addition to our team - we're looking forward to what he can bring to Presco.

Many customers will have spoken to Claire on the phone as part of our customer service team, she is currently raising sponsors for the MoonWalk London in May this year. This charity even will see Claire walk 26 miles through London overnight to raise money for breast cancer charity 'Walk the Walk'. We have had a great initial response to our current open position for a new warehouse and operations manager. We are looking for a hard working, motivated person who has had previous experience of warehouse and logistics management and has qualifications in this field. We have a new member of staff at Presco France today, Fabien joins the team after many years working in sales with companies across France. A previous member of staff at Presco has complete a sponsored run last week raising money for the NHS intensive care unit at the Great Western Hospital in Swindon.   Mark was inspired to do this run after the care unit helped his mother when she was ill and he has been enthusiastic in raising money for this excellent cause. He came in today to let us know how it all went and he will be presenting the money raised along with his sister to Great Western Hospital shortly. Well done Mark, great work!

The UK's only major international print show is set to happen again in 2017 at the NEC, Birmingham, to find out more you can visit the IPEX home website or read more online at Printweek. There have been changes to the 4 yearly formula of previous years and the show will be taking new focused directions to reflect the current diverse industry. A new member of staff, Phoebe, joins us this week as a junior customer services and sales assistant. Fresh from college, she will be joining the team full time from Tuesday 4th August and is learning all about our product range as fast as she can by processing your samples orders and working on a new website project. Well, we're back and ready to go after the Easter weekend holidays - after enjoying a wonderful sunny bank holiday yesterday.  Presco's standard hours of business are Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm. We are online 24/7 and for any urgent out of hours enquiries send us an email and we'll deal with it asap. All orders placed on Thursday 2nd April will be out for delivery today, any orders placed over the weekend online or by email will be despatched today for delivery tomorrow, Wednesday 8th April. This week we are saying goodbye to Hugo, who has been with Presco for nearly 5 years and has been a well-known voice and face to our customers! For the last two years he has headed the Presco machines department. We are all very sad to see Hugo go and wish him the very best for his future.

Presco will be open until 5pm on Thursday 2nd April, we reopen at 8am on Tuesday 7th April.  Orders placed on Wednesday 1st April up until 4pm will be delivered on Thursday 2nd April, all orders placed after 4pm on Wednesday will be delivered on Tuesday 7th April.
