How soon must I notify Presco if my goods are damaged?

Q: I received goods a while ago from Presco, I've opened them a few days later and they look like they've been damaged in transit. What is your procedure for damaged goods?
A: You must notify us of any damage within 5 working days of delivery so that we can get a valid claim in with our carrier. If you have any questions simply speak to us, we'll always try and help you out.
