When will the rest of my order be despatched?

Q: I have placed an order with you and received most of my goods, it says two items are to follow, when will they be despatched?

A: On the rare occasions we are out of stock on any item we will ask you whether you want the rest of your goods sent right away or whether you want to wait to receive all your items together. Any goods not in stock will usually be into us the next day and sent out to you for the following day. So you will not usually wait more than 48 hours for your full order.

Whatever the lead time on any item we will always keep you informed and update about what's happening so you can plan. All the products on our website or in the catalogue are stocked so where we have sudden large demand we're never more than a day or two away from receiving new stocks.
